The Tangkula publishes a powder-coated metal frame and fabric described as waterproof, windproof and snowproof, with stakes and zip ties to hold it. That is the construction that survives a December outdoors and comes out again next year. Buy two for the door.
The 61 in pair comes as a matched two in one box, with stakes and zip ties, and publishes less about its frame.
Inflatable nutcrackers
The yofit is the tallest nutcracker here at 8 ft — three feet over the rigid figures — and packs into a small box in January. It reads as an inflatable, though, not a soldier — right for the yard, wrong for the door. Blower draw is not published; the load planning is on Christmas inflatables.
